The Masonry Restoration Consultant

Alan Pettingale has over thirty years experience assessing brick and masonry structures for damage, and is well known within the industry for specialized remediation.

The church in the photo to the right was damaged by 150 mph sustained winds in a hurricane in Louisiana. The job was to inspect wind damage, which was done from a boom lift. It did an adequate job, but was highly restrictive in terms of moving around in this confined space. What was needed was a drone!

You need as much information as you can to make the right decision, and a drone can do that safely.

Once the drone was purchased, Alan quickly realized that this was indeed the way forward to safely gain a bird’s eye view, up close, of the area of concern. This was the birth of A Man with a Drone!

Alan Pettingale is moving forwards with drone technology, including Lidar and 3D mapping. Call him to inspect your historical, commercial, or residential masonry from a bird’s eye view.
